Tug-O-War
The ReBoot Tug-O-War Challenge is held after the fun runs on Saturday on the grass in front of the Bermagui Beach Hotel. Loads of fun – flex those muscles, show your strength and be part of this fabulous ReBoot in Bermagui event.
11.30 am, Saturday 4 October
Gather your friends or work colleagues and make up a team in one of the following categorie:
- Primary School: mixed (optional) teams of 4, primary school age only.
- High School: mixed (optional) teams of 4, (2 male and 2 female)
- Three Open Adult categories – male and female and mixed (male and female) with teams of 4, contestants must be 16 years or over (but no older age limit!)
Rules:
- Primary school mixed teams – aged 8 to 13 years
- High school mixed teams – aged 12 to 18 years
- 3 adult competitions and prizes for Best Male and Best Female and Best mixed team
- Adults team members must be 16 years or over (from 30/9/25)
- 4 members to a team
- Draw will be determined on the day
- Non slip covered footwear (runners) or bare feet – NO SPIKES/STUDS
- All team members must register on the day if not registered on line
Sunday Bermagui Breakfast
8.00 to 11.00 am, Sunday 5 October
Our favourite part of the weekend! This is a wonderful opportunity for the Reboot community to come together, reflect on our fun times and enjoy a yummy breakfast – choice of delicious healthy foods or a bacon and egg roll).
FREE for all participants in the fun runs, swims and bike ride.
Kids Activities
At ReBoot in Bermagui we love seeing kids of all ages and abilities participate and “have a go” at many activities.
Kids events include a fun run, tug-o-war, barefoot bowls, stand up paddling, netball shoot out and more.
Wellness Activities
We have a fabulous choice of wellness activities to participate in during our ReBoot weekend. They include Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Sound Bath Deep Relaxation/Meditation.
Tai Chi
8:00 am to 9:00 am on Saturday and Sunday morning on the grass outside Bermagui Surf Club. All levels from beginners to advanced. Embrace the morning spring air in this stunning location with experienced Tai Chi instructor Rod from Sapphire Tai Chi.
FREE – bookings not required.
Heart Yoga
Saturday 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Bermagui Surf Club with Mary McLean. Beginners are welcome as this is a general class. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket as they will not be supplied.

Pilates
Saturday 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. Join Caryl from AA Pilates at Bermagui Surf Club for a fun and challenging Pilates session. Suitable for beginners and anyone wanting to have a go. Please bring a mat.

Sound Bath Deep Relaxation/Meditation
Saturday 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm with Matt at The River Rock Cafe. The session involves a deep relaxation/meditation sound bath involving gongs, crystal bowls, drum, voice and more. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow as optional, some yoga mats will be available. Most clients will be lying down. If you prefer, bring a chair or sit on a mat. Come with a positive intention/resolution – something you want to happen – it can be physical, emotional or spiritual.
Other Fun Activities
Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP)
Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 11:00 am starting on the hour. Bermagui River is the perfect venue for this water activity craze. No experience necessary, all abilities welcome. Wear clothing that is ok to get wet. Bring long sleeves if the weather is cool. Meet at The River Rock Cafe near the Bermagui Bridge.
Come & Try Table Tennis
Saturday 1 pm to 3 pm: Bermagui Indoor Sports Stadium, 20 Bunga Street. Wear comfortable clothes and sports shoes, equipment provided.

Tennis Experience
Saturday 2 pm to 4 pm: Join the Bermagui Tennis Club on courts 1 and 2 behind Bermagui Country Club. Balls and racquet provided (BYO if you have one), wear appropriate sports shoes. Enter via Tuross Street, plenty of parking available.

Barefoot Bowls
Saturday 2 pm to 4 pm at Bermagui Country Club. If you like outdoor activities and meeting new friends, enjoy fun and friendship and would like to participate in a sport that can be played by men, women and children, then come along and enjoy this 2 hour session. Barefoot Bowls is one of the few sports that can be played by parents, children and grandchildren on the same team. Casual clothing and a hat is recommended. Assemble at the bowling greens.
9 Hole Ambrose Golf Event
Sunday, arrive 1:00 pm for 1:30 pm tee off. On Bermagui Country Club’s championship golf course. Teams of 4 (female, male or mixed). Shot gun start with each team starting at a designated tee. Meet at 1.00 pm at the Pro Shop (behind the Country Club) to register your team. Golf clubs and carts available for hire. Presentation after the event approximately 4:30 pm in the Country Club bar area.
Badminton
Sunday 10 am to 12 pm: Join in any time between 10 am and 12 pm at Bermagui Indoor Sports Stadium, Bunga Street, Bermagui. Just turn up in comfortable clothes and non-marking footwear/runners. Racquets provided.

Mixed Round Robin Netball
Sunday 11am for 11:30am start: Meet at the Bermagui netball/basketball courts behind the Surf Club at Dickinson Park. Mixed Netball Round Robin hosted by Bermagui Netball Club.

Pickleball
Sunday 1pm to 3pm: Bermagui Indoor Sports Stadium, Bunga Street, Bermagui. Just turn up in comfortable clothes and non-marking footwear/runners. Racquets provided.

Kirtan
Sunday 4pm to 6pm: Singing up good vibes/mantras to music. Good Vibes Studio, 56 Lamont Street.
