Where do I collect my race kit?

Race numbers for the fun runs can be collected on Saturday from 7.30am at the Registration Tent in Dickinson Park near the Surf Club. Race numbers will not be mailed. Race numbers are required to enter fun runs. Swim caps and electronic tags for the ocean swims will be available on Sunday from 8.00am.

Does my race number have my name on it?

Online registrations received before 3:00pm on 8 September will have their name printed on their race number. Entries received after that date are unable to include names on the race number.

Do I need a swim cap?

A swim cap and electronic timing tag are provided to all swimmers as part of the entry fee. Caps and tags will be available for collection after 7:30am on Sunday at the registration desk outside the Bermagui Surf Club. It is a safety requirement that all swimmers wear the provided cap.

Is there car parking?

Free parking is available at Dickinson Park, Bermagui Fishermen’s Wharf and on the streets. Please note that access to some of these areas will be restricted just prior to and during the running events.

Is transport provided?

All fun runs start and finish at Dickinson Park so there is no requirement for transport.

What surfaces are the fun run events on?

The fun run events are held on a variety of different surfaces – more ‘cross country’ than ‘around town’. The Club-Camel-Club run includes bitumen, concrete, sand and bush trail surfaces. The No Hills 5k fun run/walk and Kids 1.5k fun run are a mixture of grass, bitumen and concrete surfaces.

Are there wave starts?

We expect that you will sort this out yourselves – those expecting to run/swim a fast time at the front and the slower runners/walkers at the rear.

Are events timed?

Fun run and swim events are professionally timed.

Are there any drink stations?

The 15km Club-Camel-Club event has two drink stations – one located at the southern boulders on South Tilba Road and one located near the Bermagui River bridge. A drink station will also be located at the finish line.

Is first aid available?

First aid will be located at the finish line. If you need medical attention on the course, please advise a course marshall located along the course.

Are there toilets?

Public toilets are located at the rear of the Bermagui Surf Club building opposite the finish line. There are also public toilets at Apex Park next to the former Saltwater Cafe. Limited toilet facilities are available at Camel Rock.

Is there any food?

If you haven’t registered for an event and miss the amazing Sunday breakfast the local cafes and restaurants nearby offer a variety of fresh delicious food, coffee and beverages.

Will there be photos?

Photos will be taken and posted to theReBoot in Bermagui Facebook page.

Will results be available?

Fun Run Results will be available on the ReBoot in Bermagui Facebook page on Saturday and on the website the following week.
