Tai Chi - 9.00am to 10.00am on the grass opposite the Bermagui Beach Hotel on Saturday and Sunday morning. All levels from beginners to advanced. Embrace the morning spring air in this stunning location with experienced Tai Chi instructor Rod from Sapphire Tai Chi. BOOK HERE.

Pliability - at 9.00 to 10.00am with Ian. This simple program, designed for older adults, combines the four main exercise types: aerobic, strength, balance and flexibility and is particularly suitable for those who don’t exercise regularly. Hot Bikram Yoga - extend your mind and body at Bikram Yoga with Amrei Newcombe, renowned as one of the best Bikram teachers in the world. Classes are on Saturday morning at 8.00am and Sunday morning at 10.00am at the Hot Yoga studio in Cobargo - 15 minutes from Bermagui. Claire will be taking classes whilst Amrei is on holidays. Fun Run Cool Down Stretches - led by Gary and held in ReBoot Stage, Dickinson Park at 10.15am after the fun runs finish. All welcome, no bookings required.

Radio-Taiso Exercise - Kumi will introduce very famous Japanese "Radio-Taiso" exercise. Suitable for everybody! 10:50am-11:00am.

Guided Mountain Biking - 12.30pm with experienced mountain biker Nicole Holley. Meet at the Bermagui Mountain Bike track with bike and protective gear. Must have some experience. EMAIL US to book a place and further info.

Whale Watching Walk 2.00pm - 4.00pm - with Christine Bimson, meet at the Sports Pavilion on Dickinson Oval, walk to Bermagui Point, next stop Dickinson Headland and on to the Blue Pool. Bring your camera or binoculars, wear comfortable shoes and a hat.

Barefoot Bowls - 4pm - 6pm at the Bermagui Country Club. Assemble at the bowling greens for a late afternoon bowling session. No bookings required.

The Sunday morning action is centred at Horseshoe Bay Beach and the Surf Club.

ReEnergise Scenic Sunrise Brisk Walk - Join Julie Hard for a wonderful early morning walk at 7.00am from Old Tilba Road over the headland, Moorheads Beach over the Bermagui Beach along Fishermens’ Wharf finishing at Bermagui Surf Club ready to ensure a yummy breakfast. A shuttle bus will take you to the start. Cost is $10 per person including breakfast. BOOK HERE.

Early Morning Boot Camp - 7am Assemble at the Blue Pool car park area for 45 minutes of energising activities. Reasonable fitness level required. TBC BOOK HERE

Healthy Bermagui Breakfast 8am to 11am Bermagui Surf Club - cooked by members of the Bermagui Chamber of Commerce. The breakfast is included in the Fun Run and Point to Point Swim Race entry fee. $10 for all others.

Boxing - On the headland outside the Surf Club at 8.30am - work up an appetite before breakfast or warm up for the swim! $10 per person. Limited. TBC BOOK HERE

Swim, Run, Swim - commencing at 9:45am ocean swim across Horseshoe Bay then run along Horseshoe Bay Beach from finish to start then swim across Horseshoe Bay again. If you have not entered as part of the fun runs please BOOK HERE
